PHYSICAL FITNESS

Our Physical Fitness Track is designed to help students grow in strength, discipline, endurance, and stewardship of their bodies. We believe that caring for our physical health is one important way we honor God and prepare ourselves for a life of ministry, service, and wholehearted living.

Through hands-on training and active participation, students will explore a variety of fitness and wellness practices including:

  • Sports- volleyball, soccer, basketball, pickle ball and more
  • Weight training and strength development 
  • Hiking and outdoor endurance 
  • Foundational nutrition and intentional wellness practices 
  • Building sustainable fitness rhythms and discipline 

This track is not about achieving a certain body type or athletic performance level, but about learning how to live healthy, balanced, and intentional lives. Students will be challenged to grow in perseverance, teamwork, self-discipline, and confidence while developing practical habits that support long-term physical and spiritual well-being.
